The Apartment

16 Mojacar Bella is a 3 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 adults. It is located in the beautiful resort of Mojacar Playa in the south east of Spain. The resort has not been over developed or commercialized and so remains an attractive and friendly place to stay. The beach is just a five minute walk from the apartment, where you will also find restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.

The Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. One double which opens out onto the terrace and also enjoys a sea view, one twin which could also be used as a double if the beds are pushed together and one room with bunk beds. From the hall that joins all of the rooms, the bathroom with bath/shower etc can also be found.

The Kitchen

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, hob, oven, microwave and fridge. It boasts a granite work top and ample storage space in fully fitted modern units. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses together with the all important "corkscrew"!

The Balcony

The private terrace, which overlooks the communal pool, is the perfect place to relax with a bottle of wine and just admire the views across the bay. In the mornings you can also watch the sunrise as you have breakfast alfresco style. It can be reached from either the master bedroom or the lounge-diner.

Lounge-Diner

The lounge-diner is a spacious room, with a large table for those evenings in and two comfortable sofas for relaxing on. There is a colour television with a VCR and a selection of videos for your entertainment. There are also various books available which can be used whilst sunbathing round the pool.

The Pool

The communal pool is fenced in with safety in mind and there is also a grassed area for sunbathing. The picture of the pool is taken from the balcony.
